About paying
How do I pay?
Not online yet. Press "Ask for this plan" on a plan card (after creating a free account) and our team assigns the plan and sends an invoice by email. Card payment through the platform follows shortly after launch.
Is there a commission on the build?
No. Modern GBQ charges plans only. Builders and homeowners contract and pay each other directly.
Can I change or cancel?
Monthly plans can be changed or stopped at the end of any month; the one-off Plus plan does not renew. Our billing and refunds policy has the detail.
Are prices the same in every market?
These are Australian prices in Australian dollars. Other markets will have their own price list when they open.
What happens when I hit a limit?
The platform tells you what the limit is and which plan lifts it. Nothing you have made is lost; you simply cannot start another project, quote or product until you make room or move up.
