First in line
A published offer is the first thing the pricing engine looks for. Market prices and indicative rates are only used when no supplier has spoken.
For suppliers
When a homeowner prices a build, Modern GBQ resolves each line to a real product with a photo. A published offer beats every other price source. If your prices are in the system, your products are what gets quoted — and you see where the demand is.

Why suppliers use it
A published offer is the first thing the pricing engine looks for. Market prices and indicative rates are only used when no supplier has spoken.
Your workspace shows which of your products were selected in quotes, how many, in which suburbs and at what stage — anonymised, so you know where to focus.
Homeowners pick materials from cards with pictures. Products with a photo and a clear name get chosen; products without get skipped.
Enter them by hand, upload a price list as CSV, or confirm what our sourcing agent found. Your workspace flags anything lapsing within thirty days.
Offer a delivered price per destination market with the shipping terms stated. Non-landed prices are shown but never used to price a quote.
Correct a price, extend or end an offer, or ask us to take a product or your whole listing down. Nothing is published in your name without review.
How it works
Register your business and our staff verify it before anything you publish can price a quote. Your name appears on product cards only once verified.
Three ways, whichever suits: enter them by hand, upload a price list as CSV, or confirm and correct what our sourcing agent has already found for you.
Your workspace shows what has lapsed and what expires within thirty days, and extends validity in one click. A stale price is worse than no price.
A published offer beats every other price source. When a quote is approved with your product on it, you are told — and the demand view shows the pattern.
Plans
Every plan publishes offers the same way and sees the same demand; the plans differ only in how many products you can keep live. Prices in Australian dollars, GST included.

Questions
Yes. The catalogue and photos from the previous platform were carried across. Accept your invitation and you will find your products waiting, with the demand already recorded against them.
Not in this release. You see demand — product, quantity, suburb, expected start — without personal details. Homeowner opt-in contact sharing is planned.
You do, through your published offer, which the engine uses first. If you have not published a price for an item, the quote falls back to a market price with its source, or an indicative rate, and says so.
Verified members can be shown on the marketing pages of this site. Nothing promotional ever appears inside a quote or a builder comparison.
Offers carry a unit price, a unit and shipping terms. Australian offers are treated as delivered; overseas offers state incoterms, and only landed prices are used in quotes.
