Is it really free?
Yes. Every group has a free tier that does something real: a homeowner prices one project properly, a verified builder receives two leads a month, a verified supplier lists five products. See pricing.
Is the estimate a quote?
No. It is an engineered estimate with its working shown. A quote comes from a builder, through the marketplace, against the scope you approved.
Do you take payments or a cut of the work?
No money passes through the platform. Builders and homeowners contract directly. Plans are the only thing charged, and not online yet — our team sets them up.
Where are my details shown?
Builders see the project, the locality and the scope, not your name or address until you select them. Suppliers see demand for their products by suburb, never who asked. Read the Privacy Policy.
Is there an app?
A free Android app, Grace Quote-GBQ, gives a ballpark cost and a photo-based building condition report without an account. It is in testing now and is planned for Google Play in October.
