    Get verified

    Register your business and our staff verify it. Until then you can set up your profile, but nothing you do reaches the marketplace.

    Receive invitations

    Your workspace lists what needs a response and by when. You see the project, the site locality and the approved scope line by line.

    Respond on your terms

    Accept, propose a revision, request a discussion, or decline. Six written fields cover programme, qualifications, exclusions and alternatives — so you are not reduced to a single number.

  4. 4

    Win the work

    Responses are compared blind. If you are selected you acknowledge, the owner's details are shared, and the project opens to you. Contracting is between you and the owner.

Which plan fits

Every plan sees the same invitations and responds the same way; the plans differ only in how many full scopes you can open a month. Prices in Australian dollars, GST included.

A lead is one full priced scope opened for the first time. Reopening it later is free. Unused leads do not carry over.

What builders ask

What does verification involve?

Our staff check the business you register — name, ABN, licence details — before it can appear in the directory or receive invitations. It is a real check and it happens once.

How do homeowners find me?

Verified builders appear in the directory homeowners invite from. You can also be invited directly to a project you already know about.

What happens if I decline after being selected?

Your rating loses half a point, and the owner is free to select the next response. It is the one rule that protects owners from a wasted round.

Do I pay when I win?

No. No commission, no payment through the platform. You pay for the plan, nothing else.

Can my estimator use my account?

Better: add them as a member of your organisation, and to each project with a role. Everyone works under their own login on the same numbers.
